Yes. All the time. I unfollow those who swear alot, those who tweet in languages I cannot read, and spammers. They piss me off.

Use Search button for topics you can add value about. Follow those who share on that topic. Then your tweets are relevant to someone.
I don't really use the Apps, however I am fascinated with the lists feature and often wonder why people add me to their lists.
Yes. I once got busting Tweeting in day-course. The professor made me get up and teach the segment on Twitter as penalty.
I wish more people would push less MLM Make money spams. The don't add value, rather create noise.
