@baratunde because he gets and shares messages across with warmth, kindness and humor and he's extremely intelligent and innovative.
If someone tweets a load of rubbish or stuff just disinteresting and or I @ them and they are uncommunicative or aloof!
Follow people you admire, can learn from and feel connected to and share information freely! Don't overkill!

A couple times I've been told I've over promoted an event or artist- too many tweets mentioning their name but usually I'm considerate.

Yes! It's allowed me access to my heroes- well some of them! Now I get to a birds eye view in to their world!
