Three notable wingtweeps, just because: @richardbranson, @tonyfernandes & @MHJohnston. [update: @MHJohnston followed!]
Twitter opens the floodgates for customer feedback and kills so many hours of sleep every week.
I use "^TB" a lot. Plus, I actually search Twitter looking for trouble.

A sense of responsibility, love for my customers, and frustration about some facets of commercial aviation.
The two travel gurus who were recently subpoenaed by the TSA, @elliottdotorg & @flyingwithfish. Loved'em before & after.
Most embarrassing moment on Twitter? Don't ask me about rental car rally drivers. :P
