Well_I actually took forty days and fourty nights once and at first there was a a a void that opened up in my time. I had to fill it with other things. After a week I was exercising, writing, spending time going for walks. I missed some of the close relationships I made. I developed an appreciation for trusted friends. When I returned I had understood the value of good habits both online and off which I think made me a better person. I was less stressed and felt like I was In control of my life. Two days just made me smile because technology is what it is. And people are much more important than technology. The proof is people told me they missed me and were glad I was back. Never underestimate you value to others. I think that is where the sore spot is. And having the feeling nobody cares is not good for ones self esteem. People are living life like you. And that common humanity is the reason we connect with each other.
