I admire anyone who is using it to try to bring light into the world.
I don't really have any rules in that department.

Banning of auto-DM's. Better DM inbox management. Ability to choose a different URL shortener which does not legitimize Libya, etc.
The use of bit.ly URL shortner, which helps to legitimize the Islamic terrorist state of Libya.
It all depends on the situation.
I unfollow all sorts of people all the time when they annoy me or tweet something stupid.
Tweetdeck.
Anything you tweet can be taken from the context and used against you. Proceed with caution.
"At the base of our Torah and our Jewish psyche lies an incessant urgency. Not just a sense that things are not the way they should be, but a relentless yearning that things should heal this very moment." -Lubavitcher Rebbe
Each individual person I connect with in some meaningful way is interesting to me. It's impossible to rank them.
It's your interview, ask whatever you like.
Not particularly. If people want to follow or not is entirely up to them.
Stop helping to legitimize the Libya, by using bit.ly, owl.ly, and other ".ly" domains. Pay attention to important news. Avoid trivial nonsense. RT important JIDF "action alerts" and news items, etc.
Yes. Then I remind people that no one is forcing them to follow.

To continue leading the fight against antisemitism and terrorism online, coordinating concerned citizens globally, promoting Jewish pride, knowledge and unity, and to advocate for Israel.
#Gaza - It's funny to me how Israel left Gaza in 2005, yet Israel's enemies are still screaming to "free" it (all the while rationalizing incitement to hate and murder Jews by Hamas, Fatah, and other Islamic terrorist organizations....)
Not significantly. I've been addicted to the internet for a while now.
Air, food, water, shelter, light, and a sense of humor.
For some reason, I'm seeing problems that a lot of people either wish to avoid or don't necessarily see. Not many are speaking out loudly enough about them, so I try to do the best I can to do just that.
