Yes, plenty of times. I unfollow folks who are obviously trying to use Twitter to sell you things or market - & I unfollow when they auto twt
Be yourself and use Twitter for you - if you want to tweet about what you had for breakfast, go right ahead

Not that I know of, but I have been called out numerous times for my Facebook statuses... I think the Twitter community is more forgiving
