Twitter has changed our products. We listen to what our users have to say and we base our discussions off of those suggestions.
LogMeIn Central, LogMeIn Pro2, LogMeIn Free, LogMeIn Ignition, LogMeIn Rescue, and LogMeIn Hamachi. Ahh... that was easy.
We wanted a better way to connect with our users. They have amazing stories to share. We know our users better now because of Twitter.
We have users all over the world and in every time zone. We try not to go too long without Tweeting.
Our users have grown accustomed to using the hashtag #LogMeIn. Now, there's so much good information behind that hashtag.
We say "remote access" all the time. We have yet to abbreviate that!
