I use it to let people know where our food truck is so they can find us and buy our homemade, authentic, delicious food. Professionally, of course.

We're still pretty new to it, but it's definitely helped improve exposure and business. We love Twitter.

I think people make it more complicated than it needs to be. It's just 140 characters of what's happening with you. That's it.
We tweet based on where we are so people know where to find us. We often offer giveaways if people mention they saw us on Twitter.
I'm sure it'll morph and improve. They already have, but there is more that can be done. For instance, it's difficult to tell when you have a new message or if you've already messaged or mentioned someone. That should definitely improve, other than that, I'm sure the public will direct future changes according to demand.
