Hm, havent I answered this one already?
Anyway, my Swedish friend @AndersSporring is a one-of-kind tweep who's tweets I check every day.
If I follow a list, after a while I pick out the tweeple I like and follow them personally and then drop the list (and forget the name of it).
Also, I prefer lists made by 'regular' tweeple over lists made by some well known website.
When I´m not asleep :)

That's a hard one. Hopefully I´m know on twitter for being a nice guy from Sweden that tweet about interesting things going on in the social media sphere and also about personal stuff from my own life. :-P
That all you tweet about is:
"I'm at work now"
"I'm having a latte at the coffee shop"
"Oh man, I'm really bored today"
"Amazing product for white teeth"
I simply tweet about what catches my interest. That way, when I get feedback / response, it's almost always someone who share my views upon some matter. A peer so to speak. And I really love getting to know people, often amazing, from all over the world.
Oh, twitter can go many different ways. I have some guesses as to where and how but the subject seems a little to big to fit into this context.
