I really don't plan my tweets to be honest. I go for the garden variety, stream-of-consciousness tweet. I'm in the moment and I want to share what's going on--info, musings, great tunes, what's happening in my world . Otherwise, I'm a big fan of listing interesting people I come across, spinning some favs via twt.fm, mentioning/rts/shoutouts, or passing along something of value to my followers. If you send a tweet and no one pays attention, does the tree make a sound? Botched that, you get the point. Send something, don't twabble about yourself constantly because no one is that interesting. ( I made that up, get it twabble like babble! I rock=FAIL). I try to be myself, plain & simple :-) Follow me and see for yourself @Nadja_Writes...shameless plug ;-)
