To date, the most interesting connection we've made is with actor/race car driver @FrankieMuniz. Apparently he and his fam LOVE the zoo!
Twitter has helped us improve guest service by acting as an instant communication tool for guests to get quick answers or give feedback.
We started tweeting to promote events and activities, and quickly we noticed that our followers LOVED the interaction!

Yes, twitter has changed our organization for the better. We now have a way to instantly communicate with the very people that seek us.

We think that Twitter should add a feature that allows people to see what is trending with their friends (or lists).

The biggest twitter issue (twissue) is that 3rd Party apps have WAY more functionality than twitter.com itself.
