Yes, I have. I unfollow people who are fake or have big egos. It really bleeds onto thier tweets and in thier other activities.
I wish people would use it as it's meant to be used rater then running over to 3rd party apps so they can avoid people.

No, there isn't. Following someone is a choice. If someone chooses to follow me so be it. I don't care.
