Why should people follow you or add you to their list?

Thunderbird is the world’s No. 1-ranked school of international business with more than 60 years of experience in developing global leaders. We tweet about international business, leadership, events taking place on campus, our students, alumni and the skills you need to be a global business leader.

Professors from our school are world-renowned experts on a wide range of news topics. We often participate in international events such as the World Economic Forum and the Clinton Global Initiative.

Thunderbird was founded in 1946 on a former WWII air training field in Glendale, Arizona. Approximately half of our students come from outside the United States and our alumni live and work in 140 countries around the globe.

China, the recent events unfolding in Egypt, sustainable urban housing, emerging markets, entrepreneurship, great leadership qualities, finding love at B-school, doing business in Afghanistan, and how to make it overseas.

Can you name some one-of-a-kind Twitter accounts that you follow?

@CabreraAngel: Thunderbird's president, and a terrific insight into leadership, global mindset, business education and international affairs.

@mattbish: NY Bureau Chief of the Economist and author of Philanthrocapitalism

@gregoryunruh: The "cheap Al Gore," and a sustainability and green business expert. He's also director of Thunderbird's Lincoln Center for Ethics.

Do you find Twitter lists useful and can you name any follow-worthy lists?

Twitter lists- yes! Especially for new users, they are incredibly useful for building up your network and subscribing to feeds that will provide you with value, insight and news.

For those who have used Twitter for a long time, they are are a great way to discover new thought leaders and inspiring new contacts.
