Huawei is designing and fielding equipment with higher performance than other capabilities, and they are doing it at a lower price point. You can argue that it is under-handed for them to be supported by a country in doing that. But the fact is our country does not support firms that way. So, we can either start supporting our own high tech industry better or we should understand that eventually market pressures are going to drive us to buy from Huawei. I'm not saying I want that. They seem like a Cryptocratic firm that will break any rules they want. But on the other hand, if they deliver goods that perform better at much better price then what are we going to do?.
