Listorious Interview
My friends and colleagues whom I might blast with emails have less inbox clutter to deal with now that I can just spat it out in a Tweet.
I try to give some voice rather than straight fact.
Hot sauce. Black pepper. Salt, preferably kosher or sea salt. Or soy sauce. Hot tea. Booze.
I started because a friend wrote to me once saying, "Mark Bittman just Tweeted about you. He likes your blog!" Felt like I was missing out!

RT is helpful, but I'm tempted to abuse it by RT'ing everything interesting I see!
