Listorious Interview
My best tweet has not happened yet. It will be something like this: "@dcap's film will be premiering at Sundance!!" with link to trailer. :)
I could probably go an entire day.
Yes, I unfollow anyone who repeatedly tweets negative updates and there is no context or balance. I don't need more negativity in my life.
I like TweetDeck for when I am home at my desk and TwitterBerry for my Blackberry Storm. I also love http://tweettracker.mtv.com.
Get to know the people who follow you. If you are trying to promote a product or service, this is even more important. Don't be fake.
I wish that more #nonprofits would use Twitter in effective ways to grow support and share their services.
I had blogged about @Schnittman, a veteran film editor & inspiration, only to find that he was on Twitter. Turns out he blogged about me too!
My friends make fun of my for tweeting a lot, particularly when we are at dinner. #mybad
Ima Let You Finish - It was so funny to see people remixing Kanye's eff up from the VMAs.
I wish that Convent Collective in Harlem did. They are an amazing group of artists / change agents and more people should know about them.
I have used it to promote info for my employers, identify networking opportunities, get invites and promote info about my work.
Why are the Shorty Awards important to you?
I don't want anyone to follow me unless they want to. I'm ok with not being followed by everyone I follow.
I like the ability to quickly share useful / entertaining info in bite sized portions. You never know what or who you could inspire.
Yes, by providing me with a tool to manage massive amounts of info and giving me a method to easily share my life with friends and family.
I only RT links that inspire me. When I tweet personal, it's always for friends so it's truthful. My timeline is a great digital rep of me.
My family's love and support, my friends, books, films, internet, mobile phone :)

I started tweeting in 2007 as research for MTV News.
Their homepage should have more options for engagement. Example - a daily grouping of "follow them" recommendations based on your past tweets
#medialiteracy - I have a feeling others created it around the same time but I wish more people discussed this hashtag.
@shawndecker because he is an amazing author and AIDS / HIV activist. A kick ass guy all around. Tweets inspiration daily.
I don't think there is such a thing as a Twitter faux pas. I believe in all free speech. That said, I will unfollow you for stupid 'ish.
Some examples: media literacy, immigration rights, etc. I also won't shorten anyone's Twitter name because then others can't find them.
