I can typically go a whole day, but I won't do it happily! I try to only tweet when I have something I think is valuable to say.
Don't tweet the mundane. Witty observations about the mundane are acceptable however and encouraged in my opinion!
Threaded comments. Have the ability to click a link to see all responses to a specific tweet. It should show none by default though.
