I follow just over 1,500 twitter accounts currently. My goal is to create my own lists based on my tweets. My three focus areas are leadership, trailblazing innovation, and inspiration.
I find that Twitter lists like Stephen Dill's Boston list are helpful, and J.K.'s Angels on Twitter inspirational.
