Be yourself, find your voice and grow slowly. Don't rush to build followers. More important is to decide what you want to say and to whom.

When I go to conferences, so many friends in advance. And I often become the official "tweeter" for the conferences, like #FOSI.

Work on the home page design tools. Would be nice to have more control over your own home page and what/where your content, links appear.
It's a big part of my workday but on the weekends, I try to focus on my family. But if something weird or wonderful happens, I have to share!
