Yes, our Ceo and founder, Dr. Gabriel Valle has a brand new Twitter account,@DrGabrielValle. Dr. Valle is board certified in Internal Medicine, Nephrology, Critical Care Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. He is also a certified specialist in Hypertension by the ASH. He is an assistant professor of Medicine (Nephrology), and enjoys teaching the medical students and residents. He is consistently regarded as the top nephrologist in Broward County (Fort Lauderdale), as well as Palm Beach County. This month he is featured in "Gold Coast" magazine as the areas's Top Nephrologist.

His areas of interest include diabetic kidney disease, critical care nephrology, refractory hypertension, peritoneal dialysis (we have the area's largest home dialysis program) and transplantation.

He has many ideas regarding what NOT to do in CKD, and often bucks "conventional" wisdom, and we appreciate that. He is so popular, in fact, that there is one day a week he devotes to seeing just doctors as patients.

Dr. Valle was Moderator and Co-Chair of this past year's "Renal Weekend" in Miami for the ASN. What remains to be seen is how much time he wll be able to devote to Twitter but all of our doctors contribute, to varying degrees, to the Kidney Group Twitter account, particularly Dr. Valle.
